Our Team
Philip Murphy, founder of Project Orchid, graduated Imperial College London with a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering. After leaving university, Philip worked on projects ranging from offshore wind turbine design and implementation, to construction of unmanned aerial vehicles.

After graduating from Southampton University with a degree in Naval Architecture, Alexander joined Talisman Sinopec based out of Aberdeen, UK. Currently, Alexander is Project Orchid's Technical Director. He is a specialist QHSE consultant and risk auditor with extensive analysis experience covering shipyards and offshore assets.

Cecilia McNelly joined Project Orchid as Operations Director, forming the relationship bridge between our clients and our engineering arm. She has extensive experience in project management from a wide range of industries with previous employers such as Diageo and Barclays Bank.
